We offer a free evaluation and injury prevention classes that aim to prevent sports injuries before they occur. You will meet with your personal trainer and physical therapist to evaluate technique flexibility, and review your orthopedic and nutritional history. At the end of our assessments, your athletic trainer provides you with an extra regimen that includes recommendations for technique modifications, and strengthening strategies. We offer in-person visits and video visits at different times during the week.
